A free competitor analysis tool that shows its sources

Bizzik compares your public presence with up to five competitors and returns a ranked list of fixes. Every account gets 3 free reports a day with every section included, and no credit card is needed.

What a free report covers

A report is built from what each company publishes. Nothing requires a login to the competitor's tools, and nothing is estimated where a source was not read.

  • Site and content: robots.txt, the sitemaps it declares, how many URLs they list, which page types dominate, and whether a blog is actually publishing.
  • On-page and technical SEO: titles, meta descriptions, H1s, canonical tags, structured data, image alt text, and a small broken-link sample across up to 14 key pages per site.
  • Speed: Google PageSpeed Insights mobile scores for each homepage, when the API answers.
  • App stores: ratings, rating counts, the Google Play histogram, category, listing keywords, release dates, and a sample of recent reviews, for companies that have apps.
  • Pricing, social, and tech stack: a linked pricing page, the social profiles linked from the homepage, and the analytics, chat, and CMS tools visible in the page code.
  • Ads: direct links to the Meta Ad Library and Google Ads Transparency Center for each domain.

What a free tool should not pretend to know

Many free tools fill every cell. That looks complete, but a traffic number with no source is a guess you cannot check. Bizzik keeps four states apart: a collected value, unknown (the source was read but the figure was not there), unavailable (the fetch failed or was blocked), and not connected (a paid data provider is not configured).

Search visibility, ranked keywords, and backlinks come from DataForSEO when that provider is connected. Those are the provider's estimates and are labeled that way. Ad counts are not scraped, because the public ad libraries do not offer a stable way to count them. You get the library links instead.

How to get a useful report in a few minutes

  1. Pick the rivals a buyer would compare you with, not the biggest names in the category. Two or three is often enough.
  2. Enter each homepage domain. Add App Store or Google Play links only when the company has an app; websites without apps are fine.
  3. Let the collection finish. Sections fill in as each source returns, usually within a few minutes.
  4. Start with the gaps list. It only compares figures that were collected for both sides.
  5. Work through the ranked fixes. Each one names the evidence behind it and a rough effort level.

Free versus paid

The free plan and paid credits run the same modules. The only difference is volume: after 3 reports in a day, one credit runs one more. See pricing for the current credit packs.

When you need a different tool

If you need clickstream-based traffic estimates across a whole market, audience demographics, or historical rank tracking over months, a dedicated market-intelligence or rank-tracking product is the better fit. Bizzik is for a focused question: what are these few competitors doing better right now, and what should we fix first? The Similarweb comparison covers that trade-off in more detail.
